What is Hazard Identification (HAZID)?

Hazard Identification (HAZID) is a systematic process used primarily in the early stages of a project or the planning phase to identify potential hazards associated with a new system, facility, operation, or process. It’s a proactive approach to recognize and assess potential risks before they materialize, allowing for the implementation of preventive measures to mitigate or eliminate these risks.

The objective of conducting Hazard Identification (HAZID)
